Whilst only 10-15 minutes (8-9 miles) by car from Skipton, Linton Laithe nestles in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Immerse yourself in wonderful limestone countryside; climb rugged moorland and impressive crags, tackle the Three Peaks, marvel at waterfalls and immense cave systems or enjoy gentle walks beside the river Wharfe.
If you prefer trekking up and down pretty high streets, visit some of the picturesque villages of the Dales; Malham, Grassington, Hawes, Ingleton and Kettlewell are typical and within easy reach by car. Each has its own character, its charming pubs, tearooms, cafes and some delightful little shops to browse and make a purchase or two. Also nearby are the bustling market towns of Skipton and Settle with their busy high street markets or perhaps you'll find discovering the elegant Georgian Spa town of Harrogate more appealing.

On wet days a visit to our local Mill Shops where designer goods for the home and fashion can be bought at factory prices is a must. We have two very different ones not far from us.
